Custom order of a little bit of Michigan in a jar. Featuring sand, rocks, lichen, driftwood, and a tropical fern that is reminiscent of ferns that grow natively to the state. This terrarium looks different from every angle.

this small apothecary jar features tiny little hill of moss and a woman in a red dress with shovel in hand. Is she getting ready to bury a body? Digging for buried treasure? Who knows!

This is another terrarium I made. This one is a succulent terrarium, and therefore can be left open without a lid (they dont need the humidity)

This is one of the 12 terrariums I built over the weekend. It features some moss i found along the fence near my driveway, some selaginella that was dying at the greenhouse (they gave it to me for free to rescue) and some fittonia. I’ll be posting photos of each terrarium slowly over the next couple weeks…
